This API has been deprecated by the API Portal maintainers. This means it can no longer be subscribed to. Existing subscriptions are still valid.
The MetaBase is arguably the most comprehensive manually curated database of systems biology data. The Metabase API allows developers to retrieve systems biology content from our manually curated knowledgebase to retrieve information such as genes, diseases, pathways and interactions and metadata to enabling, analytics and integration within discovery and preclinical development.
